I agree with what you said, it’s just sad on how the community has become with the game’s growth in popularity. Just like someone said within this thread, the majority of the community is typically less vocal and simply want to focus on playing the game and it’s contents. There is nothing wrong with having your own personal headcanons/ships, it’s just that now that side of the community has become so toxic that I often don’t feel like playing the game at time, because I feel bad viewing the characters, that I’ve put so much time and effort into getting them stronger, in a different way after being exposed to several arguments and such.

Even though I might be a player thats more into the lore, gameplay, and exploration side of the game, it’s interesting reading others ideals on who they think look good together. Given that I just recently completed Raiden’s quests, not exactly sure on how to say this because I don’t want insult anyone, but I like ship between Aether and Ei, or at least the idea of them being together. But like you said, the shogun really can’t be seen in a relationship, given that she’s still healing and trying to figure herself out on how to be a good ruler. I hope I didn’t insult anyone and hoping no one comes after me, it’s only a couple thoughts that I wanted to share. Hoping the current situation within the community can be resolved and everyone could return to enjoying the game.
