Gigabyte GTX 970 giveaway

1) My wife and I bought a 2008 Chevy Aveo from Carmax in 2010. She was self employed and I was her fiancée at the time. They slapped a 24.9% interest rate on it on a 72 month loan. 5 1/2 years later (now) we're married with one kid a cute little 2 year old and he engine starts letting off this awful grind. We had done maintenance on time for everything not to mention a $200 transmission and filter flush 3 days ago. Mechanic says don't drive it it's not safe, have a sneaking suspicion his shop fucked something up. Wants to charge me for it. Say "fuck you" take it to trade in for a new car. Still owe 2k on the old car. Get $200 towards the negative equity on the car "goddammit.jpg". Interest rate initially quoted raises another 2%. Can't afford to get a Ford Escape with blower vents in the back for son. Dealer finds fusion for us that we can afford with blowers. Spend 6 hours doing paperwork and finally get a car. Bank account empty after the required down payment rose from $500 to $2000. Will never buy a shitty compact car again.

To put into perspective how fucked I was, with the interest rate in the Aveo, it cost 12,000 to buy outright, I paid 27,000 after 5 1/2 years before trading it in with 2,000 left on the loan.

But yeah, worst thing I ever did was buy a PS3.
