Girl encourages boyfriend to commit suicide, gets charged with manslaughter

This has nothing to do with my opinion about this case, but I was interested in some other viewpoints. I gathered a little sum up of Michelle's side of this, mostly through her messages to her friend:

Conrad had tried to kill himself before, and he kept telling her how miserable he was, and he had anxiety and depression. The severity of his problems and his reasons I don't know, but she seemed convinced he'd be in pain for the rest of his life. He'd told her that help and counseling was useless and refused to go with her to get help (she was also treated for depression). She felt that getting mad and upset at him wasn't helping and instead she wanted to show he was cared for and make sure he didn't feel selfish for wanting to end it, trying to show that she accepted it and would be ok and that she'd make sure his family was ok. She told her friend that she'd read online that agreeing to suicide would make the person realize how "stupid" it was to do it, but that it didn't work but she didn't know what to do. She also admitted to her friend that she told him to go back in the car when he got out scared, because she knew if it hadn't been that day he'd do it another day, and she didn't want him to live like that. She regretted this, feeling guilty and saying if it wasn't for her he'd still be there; "And it's all my fault because I could have stopped him but I fucken didn't and all I had to say was I love you and don't do this one more time and he'd still be here."

Again, this has nothing to do with my personal opinion, I just think it's interesting to try to see both sides of any case, and wanted to make it easier for anyone else who might want the same.
