As a girl kind of ugly, feel so depressed when go to class, any suggestions?

PM me your pic and I'll be the judge. But seriously though, unless you look like Gollum, ugly and beautiful are sort of subjective for the most part. For starters, go to the gym either during women's hour if you are shy or during regular hours. Do squats, bench press, deadlifts etc. If you don't know how to do them, ask the staffs working there to show you how to do them with proper form so that you won't injure yourself. If you are going to be lifting weights, don't go to the gym everyday. Go every other day or go for two days and then one day rest and so on because your body needs to recover as well. Also, don't do the same workout that hits the same muscle group on consecutive days. If you got a bad diet habit, change it. Regardless of how shy and weak you are right now, don't let it hold you back from getting into it. For your sleeping problem, try waking up and sleep at a set time everyday regardless of what day it is. If you follow this routine, I can't promise you feel feel less depressed, but you will definitely be much more confident that's for sure.
