Going around the Chair? part three

I still don't see what all the self-congratulation is about here. All of you definitely went about things the wrong way:

  1. Making a "collaborative minor" with another department and then explicitly cutting out one of the Chairs because "the other Chair doesn't like them."
  2. Trying to unilaterally reconfigure a class schedule, canceling a class that was already on the books to add one that wasn't, behind the Chair's, and the rest of the department's back.

This sub loves to complain about "entitled students going straight to the Dean with trivial, petty complaints," but trying to report someone for "abuse" and "anger issues" for rightfully criticizing this kind of unprofessional behavior that was downright misconduct is pretty much that...
