Good alternative to Adobe Premiere Elements (also Photoshop) ?

Thx for reply, but I am a Windows user, so Final cut pro is not on the table. Premiere is good don't get me wrong, but I don't like Adobe and all their DRM services/logins, plus they stopped offering Premiere and Photoshop as a one time payment (the full cc version). If I could only get the Element versions without all their DRM, I would buy them again (2021 versions).

I could also pay monthly, but then again they have all those heavy DRM servies installed in the background when you install their software (and I understand why, but I don't like it). Also I'm not more than a basic user using basic features, so Premiere CC would be too much for my needs :)

I'm looking into VideoStudio and PaintShop Pro now.
