I exude confidence in interviews because I'm about to make a big decision so i better be the one in control of the room, doesn't matter if i sit across from 1 or 6 interveners. Mind you i have a career, and professional designation, skills, and 30 years working experience.
Whatever beast you need to cage up in your soul to get to that point, thats on you to figure out. I know what i need to unleash to dominate. But, That's an individuals mental war you gots to fight and win, thats all on you!!

But once there there ... interview prep and practice help with this whole process... prior to any interview i drag a friend in and go at it with interview type questions and tone we can easily find on google.
