This is such a strange lawsuit to read. It starts with "Google wants to have diversity and their means are against the law" which sounds like a good premise.

But then with each page it gets stranger. On page 16 for example, he claims that people get fired and harassed just because they are "white males" (yes, that's the exact claim). I'm pretty sure that's not what happened because the next page of this very own lawsuit then goes on about all the things that person did, such as name-calling other people as "slave owners", "racists and sexists"?

And this peaks (because I stopped reading) on page 28 when they imply Google supports "the violent vigilante organization, Antifa, or other extreme leftist/anarchist organizations." and their proof is a single employee profile with this as his picture.

For those who don't know, this is the logo of the former pro-democracy group "Iron Front" that tried to defend the falling Weimar republic from the enemies of democracy which the three arrows represent: Communists, Nazis and Monarchists. Member of this "leftist/anarchist" group include famous "anarchists/leftists" such as the entirety of the conservative-christian Zentrum party of Germany and the German worker unions.
