Got rejected because I was asked to number 5 reasons I want to join the company for, and the fifth I mentioned was salary and benefits.

let me rewrite these for you, something I, the founder of some shit, know companies love because all companies love to smell their own shit until they pass tf out:

1/ This position kicks (you know what) - I already have experience and familiarity with the role, but there are some new challenges I'm already thinking about solving.

2/ There are some topics I touched on in university that we didn't really take a deep dive into. I'm still interested in learning more about those topics, and this gives me a chance to dig deep and learn more.

3/ It's a senior role, and that means accountability, responsibility and a lot of (you know what) kissing. These are all things I love.

4/ Your products are hype af, and my family will recoginize your brand on my new zipped fleece. Also I use your products to jerk off, at least 3 times a day. So why the hell not build stuff I love?

5/ I currently am homeless, your salary would be like donating to the poor.

hope this helps.
