Why is it the government puts The rights of guns before peoples rights what is more important the life of your kids or the life of your gun.

I'm going to answer this objectively and not to say what is right, wrong, or what I think about abortions or guns.

The right to bear arms is explicitly written in the constitution. It has its own amendment.

The right to an abortion does not. Therefore, it will be left up to each state to decide (for now).

Any democrat run states will obviously be unaffected by roe v Wade reversal. These states will be abortion safe havens.

Red states, if they want ban on abortion, will continue to elect politicians that favor banning it. If they in fact want abortion legal in their state, they will vote for it by way of elected officials.

If the majority of the country truly wants federally legalized abortion, then enough house reps and senators will have to be elected to write it into federal law.

Again, my answer is just "the government process" for informational purposes, not an opinion of guns or abortion.
