Greg Popovich Says White People don't understand what Black People Go Through

But what now? Not saying that there aren't racial issues now but while these may be the causes of African Americans being in difficult situations to begin with what is holding them back now? Because my best friend goes to Georgia tech and all 3 of his roommates are African Americans from poor neighborhoods. They all have sat scores in the 1800s which is good but not good enough to get into Georgia tech. Its easier to get into colleges if you are a minority. I totally agree that racism and police brutality are a problem and that's an issue that needs to be solved, but I don't think that it's the reason that the Same number of murders are commited by blacks and whites each year despite there being 5x the amount of white people. The problem is that there is a line of people who haven't gone to college or finished high school and then their kids do the same and then their kids do the same. At some point the chain has to be broken and we as a country have to put people in better situations to succeed through education and they have to take that opportunity and be successful and make their neighborhoods better and be examples to the young people in their communities. That's the only way this trend is going to stop.
