I did this one, I think it was for the Xbox 360? I didn’t play anything at the time. A friend of mine asked the night before “Nick, you want to camp out at Beat Buy to buy a 360 for me? I’ll get you beer and pizza.”

I said “You son of a bitch, I’m in!”

We got there at 7:30PM and were the 4th tent in line. This was November-ish in Ohio and it was cold AF and snowed quite a bit. Some people waited overnight and couldn’t even GET one. I believe at 9AM the worker came out and announced they’re going to be giving a “ticket” to the first 50 people and after that the stock is gone.

In hindsight I should’ve requested more than beer and pizza, as my friend needed my body to get another Xbox he could hawk online at a much higher price right before the holidays, but I was much younger/dumber. Fun time though. Was like a little block party overnight.
