First off, welcome to the club bro! I broke my no swearing rule and reinstated it recently. So just know you’re not alone. As for the lying thing, I too am learning and relearning the telling the truth part. Tell the truth and suffer the consequences, because, in 1 Peter 3:14, best that you suffer for doing right or good (something along the lines of that)

Listen to Christian music and pray. What you feed the Spirit is what will make the spirit grow, ya know? That, I am also learning

Here’s a little prayer that helps me out: God, please guard, guide, shield, deliver, and cleanse me in all aspects for Your name’s sake and for Your glory (repeat this 3 times)
