I recently joined this group because my sister was late diagnosed. I was worried about my daughter and posted. You commented, then deleted saying something to the affect of how insulting it was I referred to my daughter as “sickly.” Well, low and behold her sweat test was borderline and now we are going to the CF clinic. I was hoping to talk to people and get support because I was scared and everything was new to me. Literally every single piece of information was new to me. You really mad me feel like shit. And I was honestly scared to post a second time, yesterday, because I wasn’t asking a specific question really, and I was worried that YOU would comment. This subreddit has really been not that great for me, a concerned parent, with about 30 days experience with the TERM cystic fibrosis, let alone a daughter now facing I don’t know what. Just be nice. Please. Damn.
