[Highlight] Goodell gets booed while presenting the trophy, flees the scene as fast as he can

Not neccessarily. I read your comment chain and I can see where you are coming from, and why he rubbed you the wrong way. You may be entirely right. I don't think he really had anyone to answer to, but if had sued the NFL it would have been like suing himself, and kinda a dick Al Davis mood, but aside from distancing himself from other owners (some of whom are obviously salty in general and not gonna be allies in any case) it really wasn't his place. Sure, the team was docked a 1st...but that didn't effect his bottom line or profit or anything except in a fluffy possible unknown-forever way a stud in the 1st would have helped over his career and thus his teams popularity. He did bankroll that one website that showed how utterly ridiculous all this was from an evidence standpoint. He just felt no need to damage his influence in the NFL getting all pissy when he instead chose to be a class act. I can really only speak for myself as a Pat's fan, but I feel he did all he really could be asked to do, given that I feel it's a given that anyone not completely full of shit can see how utterly ridiculous EVERYTHING about the situation was. I don't think it's his place to defend everything absolutely full of horseshit he ever hears or people do to him. Myself, I often respond to things in an e nhanced sense of urgency and I come across as a real dick. So I applaud Kraft for keeping his composure.
