Hate to say this..... Fullerton is going down hill fast..... the homless problem has been get worse and worse. The police just keep their tents down off the main streets but at any given moment their are 15 (min) homless people living In that parking structure by heros bar and grill. Another 20 homless in the structure by the post office. They give out free herion by that post office and you just see people strung out on the street all day. Wait at the corner of lemon and commonwealth and every 2 hours some one OD's at the half way house next to the post office. Get a place in Yorba Linda and just uber to Fullerton. Oh and my car got broken into 3 times in DTF in one year and when I went to the police they told me to F my self in a nice way 3 times.
