1. Sitting at the desk when I hear "GET IT OFF! GET IT OOOOOFFFFFF!" bellowing from down the hallway by the ambulance bay. Always a good sign. Turn to see 4 police officers holding up and carrying a 6'+ linebacker looking gorilla of a man who's entirely naked except for a football helmet. Come to find out said dude was high on PCP and was throwing rocks at cars. Police apprehended him, at which point he proceeded to try and brain himself on the nearest brick wall. A fast-thinking police officer grabbed a football helmet that he apparently had in his trunk and slapped it on the dude to keep his brains on the inside. Worked like a charm; good thinking, dude.
2. See several cops holding down on a gurney what appears to be a 5' lady who couldn't have weighed more than 100 lbs soaking wet. She was high on PCP and felt that she was being treated unfairly and showed her disdain by becoming possessed by a rabid demon, flailing and thrashing around. As we were restraining her to the bed to sedate her she somehow, for reasons that elude me to this day, managed to jump 2-3' vertically from a supine position and kick the snot out of one of the POs. How high can you jump from a supine position? Go ahead and try it, I'll wait.
3. Had a dude come in with family because he was acting strange. On questioning, he'd apparently smoked "Wet" - marijuana with PCP. The family were apparently the only thing keeping him sane, because the moment they left the dude went bonkers. Jumped out of his bed, managed to unlock it, and proceeded to try and use it like a rolling battering ram against anyone who was out to get him. Even grabbed an oxygen tank and swung it around like a 20 lbs baseball bat. Thankfully security was able to restrain him and we could sedate him.

I've worked in emergency medicine for 5 years and have yet to see someone high on mushrooms, but please don't do PCP.
