Hoping preachers teach about the difference between Works and Obedience.

It's good. The problem is that many people don't agree on what "love" is. There are people are more mature than others, and even then there are different ideas of what "loving one's brother" is. For that reason, I would put loving they brother as a work, and treating other people as one wants to be treated as obedience. Many people treat others they way they think the other should be treated, and not as a mirror of themselves. It really is a different way of treating people. For example many people think charity should be specific goods or services while others would want money if they were destitute. Those who would want money if they were destitue should give money to others, not goods and services. Those people who prefer brutal honesty from others should give brutal honesty. Treating other people as we want ourselves to be treated is not what happens most of the time. Most of the time people treat others they way they think that person should be treated for some reason.
