Hospital Playlist S2 [Episode 12]

The question is ... do you really see that something could go wrong with any of the things that were left out? Or, is there anything that we absolutely must see to believe?

Jungwon's proposal and his meeting with Gyeol's mother? No. I don't think so. It will go fine and I don't have to see it.

IkSong? No, I think they're set. They get along so well and we can totally believe that they will continue to do so ... without our having to actually see it.

SongHwa and Uju? No. We know that they already get along.

Bidulgi have already had their biggest crisis. They'll be fine now and appreciate everything much more than before. I don't doubt it for a second.

The only thing I can potentially see going wrong is ChuChu's meeting with her someday MIL. And ... do we really want to see it? No. I think I prefer to put my head in the sand and/or just hope for the best about that one. I don't want to see it. So, I'll just put my faith in Minha's resourcefulness and SeokHyung's character growth.

So, yes, there are a few things we didn't see but ... did we really have to? I don't think I even have enough doubts that I need a season 3. Even though I really wanted one up to now.

I mean, last week, someone quoted Lisa Kudrow from Friends saying that she never wanted a reunion because it would mean rolling back one of the beautiful endings that they'd established in their finale. They'd have to wreck something in order to start something new.

And I think that applies here too. Something would have to be reversed and I wouldn't want that to happen.

I've just finished a second viewing of the finale though. And I must say that it feels more settled than after the first watch.
