So how is all the stores doing with cell phone repairs?

our main tech specialist refuses to do the repairs, she did long screw damage on a 6, and since then refuses to do them. I brought up how our Tech Spec position pretty much requires her to do her own repairs, otherwise she is stealing money from the other tech team...she nearly cried...said that's fine just get rid of me (if only it was that easy). Otherwise, i'm a lvl3 repair guy...can do board level stuff w/ a cheap reflow station and a good macro lens. I've done on average 5 iPhone repairs, 6 days a week for 18 months straight, as well as iPads, samsung, HTC, LG, Moto, BB, Nokia, surface2/3, some weird brands out there, hell even the LCD on a MIDI keyboard once. One of the other tech guys is good at iPhones and samsung. We are attempting to train 2 other people...but that of course takes time, i brought a few phones i had laying around to let them train on (iPhones).

We are actually at the point where if we can circumvent sending something to Werx we will, s5, s6, s7 charging ports done in store now, a few other small items ordered from places like mengtor and wholesalegadgetparts. Now we just need to steal the TDS station from a "Store of the Future"(what a joke of a place).
