How is the American president who dropped the atomic bomb not a war criminal even though he intentionally killed civilians?

Hitler lost. That's all that mattered and all his generals were punished for.

There is no such thing as a "war crime" or "International law" I don't know why people are still duped by this.

"International law" is a pretext countries use to add some sort of fake legitimacy to punishing the losers of a conflict, or bullying small African countries who can't defend themselves.

Countries with adequate militaries (IE the US, Russia, China) are not subject to "international law," no one has the means to enforce it against them.

I guess this myth about "International law" benefits me as an American, but I'm kind of tired of stupid people actually believing it's a real thing.
