How to calculate proteins etc in foods, so I can be sure that I eat enough of everything?

I know you are trying to help and I'm sorry for sounding rude, but I've literally had diarrhoea over a year. Almost year and a half. So I seriously don't need this kind of advice. I've been seeing a 3 different gastroenterologist for almost a year, I've had multiple tests done and now I'm on a such a strict diet so I can eat something. So believe me when I say that I don't have any energy to start trying products that I know will worsen my condition, I don't have the energy for that right now. That wasn't even the point of my post. I wanted to know how to calculate the amounts I should eat because I don't have the energy to book another appointment with a dietician.

And I appreciate your thoughts and I know you couldnt have known this, but I wish even once when I say I can't eat something people wouldn't try to be like oh do this. I know, I've tried almost everything at this moment. I'm going to try the vegan diet because my gastroenterologist said that I can if I don't eat anything I shouldn't. So please don't say that you know how difficult all of this is for me, because you don't.
