How can I help my loved ones cope with my suicide?

Answering that with suggestions would go against the subreddit's rules, seeing as we would be helping you commit suicide to a certain extent, handing you the pills / rope, so to speak, by way of removing a solid pillar of reservation keeping you here.

From what I've witnessed, however, most family members who had a genuine and deeply seeded love for a relative who committed suicide either never coped with it or came to accept it under the reasoning of gratitude for that person's absence of pain. It all depends on your family members, of course. I know a couple of my own who'd be over it in a couple years tops, regardless of what I do and / or say. Self-preservation has been hardwired into some people.
