How to deal with cheaters : Reapers used a teleport glitch to hide in the walls to permanently contest. We foun

I'm playing devils advocate here, whilst I enjoy the thought, I sincerely doubt they would get banned for applying a failed patch to fix a known in game bug/glitch. Blizzards EULA specifically states the ability to ban or suspend such abuse depending on its impact of gameplay. That said, its undetectable like third party software used to hack which would result in a ban. It requires mass amounts of reports with evidence and detail showing its an on going abuse from a specific player. Even then I would think it would result in a suspension as its a known issue in which they can fix with updates, especially as most exploits get bug reported on the main forum. I recall reading in depth the argument over Symmetra and her turret bug on Dorado, I myself don't condone or use exploits as its impossible to hide a Rein anywhere but in front of objectives and enemies but as someone who has added and constantly reported abusive players according to the EULA I've seen no results this includes video evidence/screenshots etc. I have however seen what I assumed was third party software users banned which was soooooooo satisfying. My policy is if I see a cheater/abuser I instantly compliment them on a good game and add them to my friends, I then gather as much evidence as I can playing around them and report...report..report the end result is I can follow their account for activity for bans and also provide updated info.
