How do you define suffering?

Free will and determinism - and I did address your "logic".

Feeling and thinking but no free will?

In other words, emotion and thought exist and determinism doesn't allow for them.

And I say that from a perspective that does not include the idea, "reality is defective".

Random particle activity but atoms, elements, molecules, muscles and people?

"Random activity" doesn't allow for sustained order i.e. the coming and going of individual particles that sustain the form and function of, say, your liver.

Nihilism is relevant to all assertions that presume to assign objective meaning to anything - and you're trying to assign objective meaning to reality itself. That's some cheek, bubba!

As for the rock, lol - I'm going to poke fun at you a little bit so, brace yourself - I'm guessing you went back and inserted "evident", after you wrote that. Giving the rock "...no evident free will...", because following that with "so the same will apply to us" - i.e. to things with evident free will - doesn't even kinda hold together.
