How did you end up with your specific leftist ideology?

Welp, I don't know what to call my current "ideology." I just know I'm a socialist of some sort.

I tried to be a Leninist, but I just never liked Lenin's idea of party structure. Never liked the "professional revolutionary" stuff. While trying to be a Leninist, I dabbled in the various ideologies of Trotskyism, "Stalinism"/Marxist-Leninism, even got into Maoism a bit...but then decided it's just not working out. I had problems with all of them and eventually figured out that it was the core, underlying Leninism that was the problem in the first place.

Once I dropped the Leninism, I explored other things that I had originally worried would "lead me off track." I became an "independent socialist," and still am. It's been an ADVENTURE and I could write pages on my ideological history, all for it to end in "you know what I'm not really sure." I went from liberalism to Leninism to anti-Stalinism to maybe-Stalin-isn't-that-badism to almost-Maoism to plain Leninism again to AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA to flirting with social democracy to NO I'M A COMMUNIST DAMMIT to maybe I'm not a Leninist after all to fine I'm just a plain socialist.
