Next morning, she woke up with no memory. The other friend managed to convince her that I had met up with him at another bar later, bragging that we had just had sex (in other words, I had date-raped her), when the reality is that I had likely stopped him from doing the same.

She refused to believe me, even after a rape kit showed that she hadn't been raped. There was no proof (because thanks to me, she was not raped), but she still went so far as to get me fired from where we both worked, and had a restraining order put on. Meanwhile, she started dating the scumbag who had (likely) slipped the roofie into her drink, and I recently found out they got married.
