How to disclose that I am trans.

I know you’re probably literally in a bit of a shock right now or literally traumatized from what happened because within the first sentence I assume your last 3 years there was not good… get out either way. I would say get a fucking severance, start that out and don’t sign anything they give you saying you won’t purse legal action (duh) but then give yourself some time and some therapy and realize this is not a you issue you don’t have to tell ANYONE you’re trans and should not be something that you’re concerned about in pursing your next endeavour because my friend, you deserve to be happy and respected at work despite your identity and maybe you can find a place that can do that. Save everything. Revisit your feelings later. Find somewhere that isn’t political but professional. I am in Canada so it’s vastly different work culture here in some areas tbh.
