How doctors set their prices

That's my solution!

I was having chest pains for about a year; went to the doc (only saw a NP) and she said it was due to anxiety and prescribed me blood pressure meds and antidepressants on the spot after a literal 10 minute talk. I later went to a cardiologist (PPO FTW) who said they never should've prescribed BP meds to someone so young (25 at the time), and am now seeing a psychiatrist for the anxiety issues and a cardiologist for the chest pain issues (two 24 hour heart Holter monitor tests, 8 EKGs over a period of 6 months, and a cardio stress test; they said my heart was perfectly fine. No cardio angiogram because it's "too much risk".

But I'm still having these deep, aching pains which I know are not stress related (I can tell the difference), so I asked my Primary care doc about getting a second opinion and he literally laughed because I'm "too young." I still get those deep, left upper chest pains; feels like a bad cramp that spreads to my neck and left arm. No doctor believes me because "only a few thousand people per year year have heart attacks this young."

My uncle of 60 had a heart attack and is in literally perfect health otherwise (they're now doing a study on him because of how unlikely it was), and my great grandfather died of one at ~35. I absolutely hate when MDs use statistics to try to make you feel better. My younger brother had a pneumothorax (collapsed lung) despite that being a 1:10000 thing. My (other) uncle got male breast cancer which is, according to the doctor, like "winning the genetic lottery" and is suffering hugely from sepsis due to complications from chemo. He's now been in the hospital for a year and a half, after having multiple organ failure which they claim is not related to the chemo. Yeah, right. I honestly do not trust MDs anymore.

Going through the US healthcare system has made me want to never go back unless I'm literally dying, which i won't even be able to know since they claim the deep, cramping chest pains (proven NOT to be esophageal, or related to gall bladder with a non-consensual CT Scan that gave me 8 years worth of radiation (ER doc said, afterwards, that he wouldn't have recommended that even though he was the fucking person to literally tell the techs to do it. I had no choice except to literally pull out all the tubes and walk out of the ER. I assumed he was taking my "chest pains" complaint seriously but instead he was looking for abdominal causes.))

I now hate 4/5ths of doctors I go to. Only two have ever been understanding of my wellbeing as a whole and not just treating me like a problem on a test from med school, and both those DOs (not MDs) moved out-of-network.

Basically, I have the exact symptoms of heart issues but multiple doctors have told me that I'm "probably fine" or "too young" and refuse to listen to my thoughts, and won't recommend a doctor for a second opinion.

God I fucking hate US healthcare. This doesn't help my psychiatric issues, since I'm literally waiting to die. and even though I've told my psychiatrist I've been feeling slightly better, that's probably due to the massively increased amounts of others substances I've been taking (both prescribed and more "helpful" meds from shady websites (I admit I'm addicted), and alcohol)

Yeah I have panic disorder etc. why the fuck won't doctors take a few minutes to actually listen before immediately prescribing drugs? (Esp my primary care doc who I've never actually seen (only the NP) since the MD is too busy to worry about my mental and physical health problems I guess.)
