Another important thing is that you must place a lot of emphasis on phonics, mouth movement and letter sounds.

It's great that you have started trying to think in English, but none of this will help if you don't speak in English. I'm into curriculum design and I designed and implemented a Spoken English curriculum for a course in university. I noticed that it really really helps when there's a set of people in the same place as you, who you can try conversimg with.
