I follow my prayer book's morning or evening prayers (depending on the time), then I pray 100 Jesus Prayers (I used to pray them for others as well but I stopped recently because demons have been attacking me), then I read one chapter of the Scriptures (since I got a shiny new Bible a few months ago)... It takes about 45 minutes for each session, so, 45x2 minutes of prayer everyday.

I had a bigger book, with notably the Divine Office, daily troparion, octoechos, etc. and I prayed the Daily Offices (which would take me 20-25 minutes every 3 hours basically), something I could afford to do since I had medical problems that prevented me from going to school. But, I had a bit of an accident with this prayer book, and I can't manage to find the same one again... I loved that prayer book.

Unfortunately, I don't pray with enough depth, and in particular I've been finding it very difficult to follow my prayer rule, since I would be so tired from university and such. And as I mentionned, I stopped praying for others because I think I've lost the spiritual strength to do so... I hope I can get back to doing that soon.
