Right. The only natural meaning of "some" here is anything greater than none and less than all. By rhetorically asking if only "some" women like something, they're writing off the phrases you mentioned and implying that it is instead either all or no women. We both know which of the two they mean. We don't need to worry about the phrases you mentioned, because they excluded them for us.
