How do we make the streamer ecosystem better?

I can't help but feel down regarding the current streaming situation for Eternal.

That's an absolute shame for one of the two diamond tier streamers for this game and shouldn't be, so there is something wrong for sure.

"Should I run a Campaign when their's ends, or throw it up to compete?"

I have already seen someone starting a Bronze campaign and not many minutes after someone else changed their mind from going bronze campaign to silver instead. This is just awful.

"Should I just stream something else?"

Multiple known streamers already talked about switching the game they stream, which isn't beneficial for Eternal at all in the long run.

Furthermore, having multiple people from my community come into the stream late and say "Sorry Jonah, I wanted to be here but there was a campaign going" is not their fault, or the streamer running the campaign's fault, by the system that is causing these behaviors.

I also would prefer watching streamers i like instead of being somewhat forced to watch people i'm not interested at all.

I have seen global campaign idea's tossed around etc, and while I think their may be some merit there, I do not think there should be any kind of advertising for other streams happening on any person's own stream, that's really twitch etiquette 101.

Totally agree, it doesn't make any sense.

I know I'm not giving solutions

Streaming Eternal is your job, therefore you should spend some time thinking about solutions even though you aren't working for DWD. I know it sounds harsh, but you could help changing the streaming environment with your impact as a diamond tier streamer.
