So how is the Switch going?

So I was very interested in getting a Nintendo Switch when it first came out, mainly because of the new Zelda. I've been holding off and am considering picking one up at some point but haven't really heard much from the console at all recently.

How is it going? Are there obvious faults with the console? How is the game library? Would you recommend waiting for a price cut?

Thanks in advance.

I've enjoyed having the Switch so far. I used it in a 5 hour car ride, and there is something magical being able to play HD Mario Kart and breath of the wild on the go like that. I have two docks, and seamlessly being able to switch where I want to play is pretty nice. Also astounding the power it does have for how tiny it is.

Faults are the lack of media apps. No web browser, no netflix/hulu/Amazon video/vudu/etc. Less convenient to add friends than even the wii u was (you would think after a decade of crap thrown their way, as well as two Id systems they'd finally realize nobody wants god damn friend codes). Really I'd say the social capabilites in general on the switch are worse than the wii u. Hopefully when Nintendo starts rolling more online features out it'll improve, but it's still unacceptable. Graphics aren't quite Xbox One and PS4, but with the switch I'm more forgiving of it than I was with the Wii U.
