I would argue than from a purely survival point of view the penis is a waste management organ with the added benefit that it can be used for sex too.

Many men actually go their entire lives only using their penis for excretion.

Does this mean their penis isn’t a sexual organ?

And then I also want to ask you, what is sex exactly?

Are we only including penetration? What about foreplay? Would you agree or disagree that a partner touching or sucking on a breast is a sexual act?

And what about the feelings of sexual pleasure or arousal such an act can illicit regardless of other sexual activity?
