How would a Terminator work in your games systems?

I'm working on a zany dimension hopping adventure game akin in tone to Guardians of the Galaxy. I've got an NPC in the works currently code-named 'The End' which is essentially an homage to Arnie's Terminator. It pretty much only walks everywhere, wears shades and uses a minigun, but it's borderline indestructible and has destroyed multiple interstellar colonies as it slowly marches across the universe.

As a Player Character, a T-800 would be constructed like this:
Classification: Robot
Size: Medium
Body Structure: Bipedal

Mutations:
Hardy (+2 HP per level)
Indomitable (when knocked to 0HP, you can drop to 1HP instead)

Personality Bonus: Chilled Out (action to end any fear effects you're experiencing)
Specialties: Intimidation, Robotics, Weaponry

Class: Assault (a heavy weapons specialist based on miniguns, shotguns and RPGs)

I think he'd be amazing fun to play. As far as character stats go, build him with high strength, fortitude and willpower, middling intelligence, and low dexterity, instinct and charisma and you're good to go!
