How would a work of fiction differ if written by someone in your world?

  • If a chimeran wrote it, the orcs would be replaced with chimerans, they would win because horse archers and more flat terrain and be portrayed as strong and smart while everyone else is dumb and weak.

  • If a catman wrote it, the land of the "good" species would be snowy and cold, and bardiches would be used more often.

  • If a tengu wrote it, the heroes would be violent, extremely tough and disciplined warriors.

  • If a kitsune wrote it, there would be poetic scenes with cherry blossoms, shamisen, and more focus on the beauty and fleeting nature of the world. Kitsune samurai would be fighting the orcs instead.

  • If a naga wrote it, everyone good would come from jungles, and nearly everyone who is bad would come from deserts. And they're trying to steal the good people's wealth.

  • If a merman wrote it, it would take place underwater, and so the protagonists certainly wouldn't be a bunch of landlubbers.

  • If a satyr wrote it, everyone would kill each other during a full moon, especially a red moon. Blood moon!! Raaagggghhh!!!

  • If a toadman wrote it, it would have lessons and morals to the story, and situations where unarmed combatants excel would be shown. A toadman character would be added just for that, but there might be more to use guns against Mordor's army.

  • If a lizardman wrote it, there would be a lot more kikling, especially ritualistic killing.

  • If a formicid wrote it, all the "good" characters woukd be humanoid insects instead.

  • If a giant wrote it, it'd seem blunt and brutal, yet poetic. At least one of the heroes would be like one of them, a 7 ft tall giant who's built like an ox (just in terms of strength).

  • If a centaur wrote it, it would be written like a bunch of stories spread through oral tradition, and be about centaurs delivering what they think is justice to an evil army of elves and humans, killing and raping them.

  • If a minotaur wrote it, more attention and description would be put for buildings, and the heroes would all be great warriors.

  • If an ogre wrote it, you'd likely see the orcs and trolls and such winning, and the humans, elves and dwarves described as tasty or delicious.

  • If an ettin wrote it, lots of words would be replaced with kennings, and it'd seem powtic like the giant's iteration. Ettins would be the protagonists, conquering both the "good" and "evil" sides through discpline, strength, and military tactics.

  • If a dragonspawn wrote it, there would be more dragons, who would eother be shown as good or end up killing/eating everyone and more civil war would occur.
