I have a galaxy S7 that I play on in my home town, I'm lv30 and we have some good high frequency nests so I can farm whatever is spawning there at the time, as well as our central downtown area has about 15 pokestops which makes restocking easy. I use the PokeAssistant website to find the exact IV's of pokemon with 1st teir appraisal rating and trash most others unless they are usable CP and don't require any dust. I've never spoofed on my main, and I would be too afraid of the money that I've spent being thrown away (even though it was already tossed on a shitty mobile game, at least I have something to show for it and can continue to enjoy it)

So anyways I work in the lab at a company that has a lot of contractors for whom they provide cell phones. A few weeks ago I borrowed a damaged off-duty iphone and installed that no-jailbreak joystick app, made a new account and started catching in SF, LA, Las Vegas, and Japan. Quad lures everywhere, more pokemon than I knew what to do with, certainly more variety than I ever see at home. Anyways, a few weeks later after playing during my lunch breaks on my dummy account its LV21 and almost has more registered in the pokedex than my main just by sitting on whatever tri or quad lure I could find running during lunch.

I logged in today to see if I got the new warning on that account and to my surprise nothing :'D It's a sad joke that Niantic gives a shit that people want to know their pokemon IV's and they don't care about the 100's of thousands of players GPS spoofing and teleporting around the world catching pokemon and probably battling gyms.

P.S. to be clear I was only catching stuff, I'm against spoofers battling gyms, so I wouldn't dare. I was just wasting my break time at work
