The government has the right to stop people from selling these fraud “degrees” the same way the government has the right to stop someone from telling me that cigarettes will make me taller and more athletic.

These “degrees” are scams. They are social activism degrees, and most advertise themselves as such.. The vast majority of people who get gender studies degrees will struggle for life to pay them back.

Nobody is saying that you can’t discuss these ideas. Nobody is saying you can’t read books about or write about them.

But selling someone a “degree” in “gender studies” is blatantly taking advantage of young people that don’t know better.
