Hungry but not craving anything?

I experience this a lot because (and I know this is weird ) I really don't crave specific foods very often. So the best way I address it is by always having a stocked kitchen when possible and always keeping things that are at very least going to be filling and satisfying even if I'm not craving them. For me that means deli sandwiches, pb&j, etc. So if I'm not craving anything I'll just eat a turkey sandwich when I'm hungry and if that's not satisfying odds are I am actually craving something specific I didn't realize. This is just my way of listening to my body, I'm sure others will have better tips haha I think truly part of IE for me though was just accepting that food is not always going to be amazing and memorable. Often it is just really boring and forgettable. This is also what I call my grownup IE-ing. Yeah I could use not having a specific craving as an excuse to pig out but instead I eat something plain but satisfying until I figure out what my body wants.
