I think I’m addicted to getting feedback. Posted a couple days ago and a couple people replied with sound advice, but I’d like some more. Don’t hold back!

well, since you're wondering why you didn't get much feedback....

Don't get offended now but....

IMO if you've only written 10 pages I think most people- well, myself at least, won't bother with it because that is too short for an evaluation. Over 40 pages long? Now that's something I would definitely read it if the subject matter caught my eye. I'm sure others feel the same way.

I'm going to get flamed for this, but I think 10 pages is something almost anyone could do. On the other hand over 40 pages shows to me someone has the grunt and work ethic to do a whole script, and also demonstrates their earnestness in to become a genuine screenplay writer, and that is certainly worth my time to comment on, and I endeavor to try as such every time they come up. That being said, even a 120 page script will get few or no comments if the script or the logline doesn't reel them in. People on this subreddit are polite. They'll never tell you if your script is bad, they'll just pass on the comments. You were very lucky to get the Writers Guild guy to post.
