Um every time you hear a word shorter than 4 letters like the, a, an, or various other words in any language than your mind would have to live out this scenario every time: you are in a room with a glass wall separating you from another room. In the other room will be a person you care deeply about, such as a parent, lover, good friend, or child. One at a time they will each be murdered in a very slow and painful fashion whilst you survive by eating pieces of them. You would watch as a drop of a powerful acid falls every minute and burns their flesh, and would watch as they are injected with a drug that functions as the polar opposite of a pain killer. Each day they would have a small portion of their body cut off which you would then proffered to be force fed. You would also watch as they underwent various other horrible physical and psychological punishments. They would be cut up in a manner as to make the rest of their miserable existence last as long as possible and then the next person you care about would experience the same thing until everyone you care about has underwent this procedure and then you yourself end up on the other side of the glass knowing full well what awaits you. As the last breath of life leaves you, you are transported out of this false reality and end up back in the conversation that triggered this very very real memory that never took place. No time has passed for anyone else but you just awoke from what seemed like a several month long nightmare only to experience the whole thing over again the next time a 1-3 letter word is spoken. Not to mention you could never look at your loved ones the same way again after seeing them die in the most brutal fashion probably at least dozens of times. To top the curse off the curse prevents you from killing yourself.
