if someone gave you a gun and ammunition and asked to fire it without external aid, would you be able to do it?

For those who are saying know on the basis of they don't know how to use a gun

  1. Put box thingy with the weird lookin pills into the box shaped hole in the gun
  2. For pistols, pull on the part that covers the thing the bullet shells come out of. For semi-automatic rifles, find the thing that's sticking out of the side of the gun and pull it back
  3. "Do not touch the operational end of the device. Do not look directly at the operational end of the device. Do not submerge the device in liquid, even partially"
  4. Aim at something that doesn't fall into your definition of human
  5. Pull the lever under the big part of the gun back

FYI, it's harder to describe a slide, charging handle, and trigger in terms for people who don't have the common sense to look at a gun and see what moves (in a safe manner) than it is to just say slide, charging handle, and trigger
