If you voted for Trump because he’s ‘anti-establishment,’ guess what: You got conned

Which has zero to do with trickle down econonics. Ok, so taxes aren't valuable...viewing that statement in a vacuum... it doesn't matter in this discussion of policy. These policies have almost ZERO effect on improving the lives of the middle/lower class. Which is the platform Trump and others before him have promoted them... increasing efficiency by keeping the money with the wealthiest of private citizens doesn't make them magically more effective in improving jobs or wages.

In regards to your assertion that taces aren't valuable...Tell that to the armed services, people on medicare, our infrastructure any other myriad of groups of people, projects & organizations that rely on government funding. That money has to come from somewhere and it's a basic tenant of modern government. Privatization of everything sounds great...but, then you end up with our medical system... the richest get the best services and fuck you if you can't pay for basic necessities of life (transportation, medical, defense, etc.)

You can say it's not spent efficiently and I won't argue that...I'd widely support a system that makes our tax dollars more efficient.

But, limiting the amount of money of tax dollars our country receives doesn't automatically make it more efficient... and giving money back to the top 5% of income brackets in hopes that it "trickles down" is really a near complete farse.
