If your game didn't sell as well as expected, what did you do next?

I have several layers of plans, to overcome that.

As our game underperformed on xbox one selling like 200 copies...
So we entered on post-apocalyptic mode.

We're relaunching everything from scrath I have heavily promoting the game on reddit and wherever I can, so that our second launch goes way better than the first one.

From posting on reddit in over 3 months I have managed to get 500 wishlists, which isn't a lot but is a start, we're launching a demo this Friday, sharing it and hoping for the best, also we're planning on paying the Woovit which I have heard that is a useful tool.

Also, we delayed the release until February to be part of the stean fest...
