Keep it simple. I should start a DNA method discord because of slow you guys are. It's so easy.

Don't make it a big deal. Once it's delivered, wait a few days then reach out to their customer service. They don't know how busy you are. Just put yourself in the shoes of a doctor or lawyer or whoever. They're busy, they're forgetful.

So be confident. You had a package coming during the week and you finally noticed and had time to grab it once your busy schedule cooled down and couldn't find it anywhere.

Don't bring in your dumb neighbors or anyone else unless you need to.

Act like any one would act if this REALLY happened.

They may say give it a couple days and ask your nieghbors because maybe they took it in.

So what a couple days. Don't actually talk to your neighbors.

Contact them again and you waited and nothing. Don't be inpatient. Wait another week if you have to. I've done this many times and I've gotten sympathy. Several times I took them on their offer to mail another one out and I would interject and say "can you make sure you ask for a signature" and they happily oblige. Once I get the 2nd package I return it in store or back through the mail. It's a little bit of a pain but worth saving several hundred dollars and allows you to fly under the radar hopefully forever.
