Loli hentai Is legal though. As long as you dont download anything/watch or read anything that has REAL life depictions of real children. Also, dont go buying this stuff and having physical/downloaded content. I think it is legal, and there have only been 3 cases in the US (2 of which the person owned real CP). I think its find on a website though (if you dont pay 4 it).

As for the morality, I would say if you aren't attracted to real kids, and you aren't super old (which you said you aren't), it's okay. Though I really dont recommend it. I have a fantasy of being with an older man, and when I was younger (18>) I did view shota hentai and manga as well as underaged fanfiction because it went along with my fantasy.
