As stated above, these sorts or trainings for educators have done nothing to narrow racial achievement gaps since being instituted in the 1980s. Since things tend to continue as they have before, my prediction is racial achievement gaps will mostly stay the same as they have since the Civil Rights era.

There could be an interesting book written about why various ethnic groups get different mean test scores and different average lifetime social outcomes. They could call it "The Normal Distribution" or something like that.
