Japan , self-taught learning programming, and job without degree

Japanese language and culture at TUT 1 year.

The thing is, I have a degree (Double Degree in Spanish Philology and English Studies) and 5 years of work experience at my field.

My problem is that I'm trying to change my field to IT, programming in this case.

I want to go to Japan, but I want to continue my formation as programmer too (getting a first step in any job included) otherwise I'm interrupting time of my formation getting into Japan without any chance of gaining experience from any job.

That's why I asked if someone had any job experience as part-timer in programming without degree.

I think I really explained myself very poorly and throwing an very specific question.
