I worked in a job in which when I left they filled my position with 5 full time people and 2 others in office assumed other duties.

HR once asked us all to submit detail job descriptions to help them better write for postings. I had been through this before and spent tons of time and they made zero changes to their fluffy ambiguous bullshit.

So I submitted this:

Other jobs as assigned

They said funny please send us a detailed description.

So I sent back... Oh detailed, sorry I missed that.

Other jobs as assigned, which means literally anything and everything. Reporting to everyone when they want something, but no one when you need something.
